Behind Every Business Is a Story. And Behind Every Story Is a Person.

My name is Liza Rijo.
For more than twenty years, I have experienced the business world from different perspectives: as an entrepreneur, founder, Broker-Owner, advisor, and through my work in accounting, administration, and business operations.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to build teams, develop departments, establish processes, make difficult decisions, and support businesses as they grow. And if there is one thing I have learned over the years, it is that the most important parts of a business are not always visible from the outside.
From the outside, we see the sales, the clients, the real estate transactions, the growing projects, and the achievements people share. But behind all of that, there is another reality.
There are decisions to make, numbers to understand, finances to organize, people to lead, and problems to solve. Often, all at the same time.
And I know what that feels like.
Because I haven't just studied it. I've lived it.
I know what it means to feel responsible for everything. To have important decisions depend on you. To have a team around you, yet still feel that certain things can only be handled by you.
I also know how rewarding it is when things finally begin to run more smoothly. When there is structure, responsibilities are clear, the numbers make sense, and you can focus your energy on growing your business instead of constantly putting out fires.
Over time, I came to understand something even more important:
it's not enough for a business to grow. How it grows matters, and so does the well-being of the person leading it.
My training as a coach helped me see the bigger picture.
Because behind every business is a person with dreams, responsibilities, concerns, and goals. Someone who started with an idea, made sacrifices along the way, and deserves to enjoy what they are building.
That is why, when I work with a business owner, my goal is not simply to review financial statements or improve processes. I want to listen, understand their reality, identify what their business truly needs, and help them find practical solutions they can actually implement.
I don't believe in making things more complicated than they need to be, or creating systems that no one can realistically maintain.
I believe in teaching, guiding, organizing, and supporting people along the way.
And I strongly believe that business owners don't need to know how to do everything themselves, but they do need to understand how their businesses work.
Today, through Novitecho Business, I bring that experience to entrepreneurs, business owners, and real estate professionals who want to build more organized, profitable, and sustainable businesses.
Whether you are just starting out, experiencing rapid growth, or have been running your business for years and feel it is time to do things differently, there is always a place to begin.
Let Me Ask You Three Questions
1. Do you really know how much money your business makes?
Not how much you sell or invoice, but how much you actually keep after covering all your expenses and obligations.
2. If you needed to step away for a week, could your business continue operating without depending on you for every decision?
3. Does your team understand the processes and their responsibilities, or does most of that knowledge still exist only in your head?
These questions are not meant to judge you.
They are meant to help you look at your business from a different perspective.
And perhaps recognize opportunities you haven't had the time to notice while managing so many responsibilities.
In this space, I want to share what I have learned, and what I continue to learn, about business organization, finance, taxes, leadership, processes, real estate, and personal development.
My goal is to make these topics easier to understand, using practical examples, real-world experience, and information you can actually put into action.
Because to me, the true success of a business is not measured only by how much it grows, but also by the peace of mind, freedom, and opportunities that growth creates for the person building it.
And if you ever need guidance to organize, strengthen, or transform your business, I would be happy to listen, understand your goals, and explore how I can help.
